Information for Authors
The Proceedings of ICSCRM 2009 will be published by Trans Tech Publications.
Manuscripts must adhere to the following length restrictions: Contributed papers (both oral or poster presentation) maximum of 4 pages, Invited papers (both oral or poster presentation) maximum of 6 pages.
Set the page settings of your word processor to A4 format with the margins: bottom 1.5 cm (0.59 in) and top 2.5 cm (0.98 in), right/left margins must be 2 cm (0.78 in).
Submit two electronic versions of your manuscript according to the Trans Tech Manuscript Template:
- either Microsoft WORD 2003 or below (.doc or .rtf file) and additionally .pdf file

- or LATEX (compressed in a .zip-file including all needed files, e.g. images) and additionally .pdf file

Remember to include details of all the co-authors including affiliations and postal addresses. The e-mail addresses of co-authors are optional.
Please provide keywords. Do not use PACS numbers or general keywords such as "silicon carbide" or "gallium nitride". The keywords are used to prepare the index and should lead the interested reader to find your paper.
Deadline for Manuscript submission is: October 2, 2009
Deadline for Revised Manuscript submission is: October 30, 2009
It is planned that the Conference Proceedings will be distributed by Trans Tech Publications during March, 2010.
The signed Copyright Transfer form of your paper has to be turned in at the registration desk at the latest. It can be downloaded here:
Author guidelines for the final paper submission
The manuscript submission page can be found in the MyICSCRM system. Please login and browse via the menu column to the manuscript submission page.
You will find all your accepted abstracts in the list shown. To submit a manuscript, please, click onto "Submit manuscript" in the right column of the table.
Follow the instructions. The submission process is similar to the process used for the abstract submission. All input fields will be pre-filled with the data of the corresponding abstract. You can of course change all the fields.
After the completion of the forms and the sucessfull upload of the source file and the pdf file, you will receive a confirmation email.
Revised manuscripts can be submitted using the same functions.
